Refunds & Returns

At Well-thy, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our returns policy below for guidance on how to proceed if you need to return an item.

  1. Notification of Returns
    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  2. Conditions for Returns
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, in all the original packaging with all original seals intact, and in good resellable condition. Refunds are only available for unused or defective items. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product.

  3. Return Process
    To start a return, contact us at hello@well-thy.co.uk with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

    If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Your order will not be refunded until the items have been received and inspected by us. If the returned item is found not to be eligible for a refund (i.e., it is not in the condition as described above), you will receive an email notification of the rejection of your refund request and the reason. We will only refund the price of the eligible item(s) returned, but not the cost of posting. We will process the refund via the original payment method.

  4. Exchanges
    We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, you will need to start a return for the original order and place a new order for the desired item.

  5. Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Damages & SavedBy Insurance

    Well-thy ltd is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we now offer SavedBy Insurance at checkout to protect your order during shipping. If you opt for SavedBy, you can file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages through our dedicated claims portal.

    • If you choose SavedBy: You are fully covered for any loss, damage, or theft during transit, and you can easily resolve the issue with Swap at no extra cost to you.

    • If you choose NOT to opt for SavedBy: Please note that Well-thy ltd is not responsible for any lost or damaged items, and we cannot process claims for these situations.

  8. Responsibility for Returns
    We do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. To avoid problems, ensure you pack the items securely, keep a proof of postage receipt from the post office, or send the items back to us via a tracked/recorded service which insures the value of your goods.

  9. Non-Returnable Items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  10. Money-Back Guarantee
    Please note that any money-back guarantee advertised by the brands we work with does not apply to purchases made through Well-thy. As a retailer, we cannot process refunds based on these brand-specific guarantees.
